Intersex, Identity and Disability: Issues for Public Policy, Healthcare and the Church

It's now six weeks since I began my new post with the Lincoln Theological Institute in the Department of Religions and Theology at the University of Manchester. For the next three years, I'll be conducting research into the relationships between intersex conditions (which some people prefer to call DSDs) and faith identity, with specific reference to people in Britain who identify as both intersex and Christian. Very soon I'll be putting out a call for interviewees and other research participants, but for now, news and information about the project (entitled Intersex, Identity and Disability: Issues for Public Policy, Healthcare and the Church) can be found at http://religionandcivilsociety.com/intersex-identity-disability/

You might also be interested to know that Controversies in Queer Theology is now available on Kindle - cheaper even than the paperback price, though possibly less good for reading in the bath.
